Are you tired? We know, we've been there. If we have to stop and rest or take a nap in the middle of the day because we feel so horrible, then not much school is getting done.

Throughout our homeschool journey, going to the park and using the playground equipment was a great way to use time efficiently and work up a good night's sleep for more energy the next day.
