New Year, New Strength: 5 homeschool tips for planning a successful 2nd semester!🎊 | 16

Happy New Year, Homeschool mom!

Are you ready to push the reset button?  Do you need a new plan and new strength for the new year?

In this episode, we are empowering you with five tips for planning the New Year!  A new beginning in January always brings time to reflect and renew.  What has been working in your homeschool life?  What needs to go?  Where can you insert more creative homeschool ideas to finish the second half of the year well?

Fall semester of a homeschooling year is a time to tackle academics and establish good routines.  Spring semester is a great time to lighten up and plan more field trips, interest-led unit studies, and enrichment activities to keep motivation high and homeschool successfully.

Over the years, we realized that just because we started something in the fall, didn't mean we had to keep going with it into the spring semester.  This time of year is the perfect time to switch things up to allow for the upcoming doldrums of winter, the lack of academic drive with spring fever, and the fizzle out at the end of the year.

Thankfully, there are ways to combat these pitfalls, and we have 5 homeschool tips to help you plan accordingly.

"But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint." ~Isaiah 40:31

Blessings!
