Hey homeschool mom!
Do you help your kids memorize scripture? How do you teach them to hide God's word in their heart?
In this episode, we are going to show you the power of the words written in the Holy Bible. This transformative power is something we have experienced in our lives, witnessed in the lives of those we know and love, and believe in when we learn about the work He has done in people throughout time and all over the world.
We had the honor of meeting and talking with Natalie Abbott, co-founder of Dwell who makes beautiful and innovative scripture memorization tools like temporary tattoos and key ring cards. We share a passion to help others memorize God's LIVING and ACTIVE Word! This is her family's story about the powerful testimony of how His word changed their lives.
We'd like you to encourage you to consider the following: Do you and your kids have a life verse? That's a bit of scripture which brings you closer to Jesus. A life verse can lead to your testimony. God says our testimony triumphs over the enemy. What exactly are you waiting for?!!
Join us as we help spread this message to not only your family but, your homeschool community and the world all through the humble beginnings of adding this most important subject of memorizing scripture into your bible homeschool curriculum and daily lesson plans.
Want more in the form of our community of support? We’ve got tools to help you memorize scripture in our new class “How to Hide God’s Word in Your Heart”. Go to thehomeschoolwell.com to get started today and see how God's word works in the lives of your children.
Blessings!

Happy New Year, Homeschool mom!
Are you ready to push the reset button? Do you need a new plan and new strength for the new year?
In this episode, we are empowering you with five tips for planning the New Year! A new beginning in January always brings time to reflect and renew. What has been working in your homeschool life? What needs to go? Where can you insert more creative homeschool ideas to finish the second half of the year well?
Fall semester of a homeschooling year is a time to tackle academics and establish good routines. Spring semester is a great time to lighten up and plan more field trips, interest-led unit studies, and enrichment activities to keep motivation high and homeschool successfully.
Over the years, we realized that just because we started something in the fall, didn't mean we had to keep going with it into the spring semester. This time of year is the perfect time to switch things up to allow for the upcoming doldrums of winter, the lack of academic drive with spring fever, and the fizzle out at the end of the year.
Thankfully, there are ways to combat these pitfalls, and we have 5 homeschool tips to help you plan accordingly.
"But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint." ~Isaiah 40:31
Listen in and be encouraged.
Blessings!

Give yourself permission to soak in the season and have fun.
In today's episode, we give five ways to count the extra holiday activities as "school." With the holidays, everything counts!
Listen in, and learn how to rest and enjoy this season, which is ultimately about our Savior being born.

Hi Homeschool mom,
Have you considered adding music curriculum in your homeschool?
Whatever stage you're in….whether you’ve never attempted the subject, your babies are jammin’ out on the triangle, or your kids are seriously tinkling the ivories, this episode is going to enlighten and encourage you to take the next step to grow confidence and leadership skills in your kids -- whether in music or life skills.
Homeschools do SOAR when homeschool music curriculum is added!
Don’t feel pressured, mama…you can do this even when your biggest musical gift is being able to turn on the radio... and you don’t have to mortgage your home to afford it, either.
“How?” you ask. We connected with our friend and homeschool-supermom, Cindy DiMarco who has been there and done it.
Listen to our latest podcast episode to find out how God clearly prompted her and her husband to include music lessons as an integral part of their homeschool schedule, which evolved into a myriad of performance opportunities starting at nursing homes, church events and private parties, and eventually leading them to prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall and more.
Blessings!

Hey Homeschool mom,
Throughout the years, countless people have told us they could never homeschool only because of the continual daily demands on their mental and physical state. We can definitely relate to that, as we’re sure every homeschool mom can. We’ve had seasons of great challenge and also great reward in this area.
In today’s episode, we discuss methods we used to keep the homeschool ball rolling because if we don’t have the stamina, who will? We're releasing this episode at the beginning of the holiday season for mom's to gain the strategies inside to use during this stressful season.
We are honored to have Deanna Hanson founder of Block Therapy join us in this episode. We were introduced to this unique exercise program towards the end of our homeschool journey and wish we would’ve known about it sooner. We both have reaped the benefits of this practice. Deanna will share the basic concepts for you to start using them today to reduce stress and improve overall wellness.
Be empowered,
Kim & Jenny

Hi Homeschool mom,
Are you struggling with respect in your homeschool? Does your homeschool schedule need some team culture built in?
Then listen in to be empowered. The battle is real...the mindset among you, your husband, and your children can either allow homeschool lessons to flourish or make them tank. We have been in that space when trying to lead your kids in a homeschool activity when the horrible feeling of losing control or disrespect slowly creeps in. We’ve escaped in the middle of the school day and hidden ourselves away in the bathroom praying on our knees. Trust us there is a better way.
Listen in and take away applicable strategies to help you and your family make the commitment to team homeschool, even when things go awry!
Blessings!
